Weekly Wellness Meetings

Taking time each week to re-set your intention for wellness can mean the difference between meeting your goals and forgetting them entirely. Join us each week to learn something new and connect with others on the wellness path while reminding yourself that good health is your priority. Topics may include: meditation, stress relief, healthy cooking, aromatherapy and creating a yoga practice.

A three-hour workshop that will guide you to:

  • Uncover your true heart's desire.
  • Clarify your goals.
  • Identify false beliefs that are holding you back.
  • Create a new vision for your life.
  • Form an action plan to help you chart your progress and keep you on target.

Goal Setting for Kids and Teens

A three-hour workshop that will guide kids and teens to:

  • Identify a vision for their lives.
  • Set concrete goals, both short and long-term.
  • Understand how to make choices in accordance with those goals.
  • Learn the difference between attaining short term satisfaction, and planning for future success.
  • Understand the role of parents and teachers as supporters of their success.
  • Realize the power they have in affecting the outcome of their lives.

Healthy Living for Kids and Teens

A 90 minute workshop that will help kids to:

  • Understand the importance of eating nutritious foods and drinking plenty of water.
  • Realize the negative impact of junk foods and soda.
  • Learn how to handle stress effectively.
  • Create their own individual health goals and understand how to meet them.
