The focus of Wellness Coaching is to help you reach your highest level of health possible. True wellness is a healthy balance in all areas of your life.
Assessment - You must first know where you are before you can know where you want to go. Taking stock of current wellness through a thorough review process allows us to determine the current level of functioning in different life areas. Once we take time to notice and examine the areas of our lives in depth, priorities for change and growth become clear.
Setting the Focus - We set the priorities and action steps based on your desired outcomes uncovered through the assessment. We then co-create a wellness plan based on your expressed interests, goals and objectives.
Working Through Habits Toward Behavior Change - You will reach lasting lifestyle and behavior change through persistent focus on outcomes, and awareness of habits and behaviors inconsistent with your goals. I will acts as a supportive partner in this process motivating and assisting you in staying on track.
Lasting Lifestyle Change - When you reach your wellness goals, the benefits of a joyous and healthful life will motivate you to continue practicing the healthy lifestyle. Continued awareness and focus creates permanent change.
As your coach, I will motivate, guide and support you throughout the process. I will consistently seek feedback and direction from you, as you are truly the one with the answers.
The goals for weight loss coaching are both increased health and fitness, and a true respect and love for the body. This involves more than following a diet and exercise plan. This heart-centered approach involves noticing self-limiting beliefs and destructive behaviors, and replacing them with life and health affirming practices. The exercise program and nutrition plan you begin will be one that considers and supports your personality, fitness style and body type. You will discover that eating and exercising can be joyful and nourishing, rather than restrictive and laborious.

Many childhood illnesses such as ear infections and chronic colds can be reduced using natural remedies and dietary changes. There are also supplements to assist with vaccination detoxification and to increase focus in the classroom. A consultation can help you make sense of the information you find on the internet, and provide you with a guide to supplements and holistic health for children. After the first consultation, unlimited phone calls, up to 10 minutes, are free.
